"Seperating X from state" colliquially suggests removing the state's unique influence or control over X. It does not suggest that X won't influence the state. This is a common misunderstanding.
Any entity (individual, corporation, state) stacking sats does not buy them unique influence or control over Bitcoin. If it did, Bitcoin is a failed experiment.
In fact, states stacking sats is directly necessary for hyperbitcoinization.
