Replying to Want to Resign

#Nostr newbie question: if I'm using Nostr on mobile and then also have a desktop or web client, will my 'follows' sync between all of my instances or will I have to manually do so?

It should. The only consideration is that some clients will handle/automatically turn on relays differently so it may vary slightly from a visual standpoint but yes - everything carries over
