I’m a security analyst 1 for a small hospital. Which means I’m the only one so I fall into multiple areas of cybersecurity even though I’m just an analyst. So I do SOC work and Engineer work.

Yeah honestly I did helpdesk support for years and it made the world of a difference. Just because it gave a good understanding of how all of it works just from troubleshooting things constantly.
