I think there is a very clear and defined line between removing someone for their thoughts and ideas and removing an automated spambot clogging up the relays with trash.

And the glorious thing about nostr is if some relay operator truly believed that nothing should be banned or censored ever, they can let them on their relay. And people who want to have a feed that never ever censors anything ever, they can subscribe to that relay. Nothing is stopping them.
