Amethyst has the best display of zaps, IMO, but not everyone has it setup correctly or using a compatible wallet.
Which clients are showing zaps on posts correctly? I've tried zapping from iris, snort and amethyst.

Have you added your ⚡ address to your profile? I think I saw it on your profile in iris (strike.me address) but it's not visible in Amethyst.
