Prepping up to run the half marathon for the halving. My body gets wrecked every time I go for long runs. I'll have to do a good 30-45 min mobility circuit before getting it done.
It's -5 outside today. Definitely much colder than I was anticipating it would be in mid-April. If it doesn't warm up by the time I leave, I'll have to run in a winter jacket, which I less than ideal.
I decided I'll reward myself with pizza after. I am looking forward to it.
