So just a follow up on using pork rinds instead of flour as a coating for fried fish. The fish was amazing! It was crispy and delicious, and this will be my favorite way to do fried fish from now on. Thanks Jack Spirko for recommending this! #grownostr #foodstr

Love using pork rinds as breading! Out favorite thing to use them for is chicken fried steak.
