I ran a node on my PC a decade ago, have not had much to do with Bitcoin since then.

But all this drama has convinced me that It's my duty to run a node to help keep Bitcoin decentralised.

I only "got back into" bitcoin a year ago because my friend in Gaza had his GoFundMe campaign shut down.
