No you need to setup a wallet!
Hello there, welcome to Nostr it's great to be here! As a newcomer you should know a few things. Relays are websites which make up the social network so when you post to multiple relays your reaching out to more people. There's paid relays & free ones paid ones charge you when you write a post to them.
Ip is exposed dms are not private dm-reporter will timestamp them on it's profile for public knowledge.
Now you may want to add a wallet to your profile so you can start zapping & getting sats. If you're on Amethyst go to your profile from the picture icon in the top left corner then hit the edit profile button which looks like a pen with 3 lines you will want to go to where it says LN address & add your wallet's email there or the url in lnurl (outdated) if you don't have one I recommend https://walletofsatoshi.com or https://getalby.com
You sign up when your on the dashboard hit receive & copy the email or lnurl then paste there & save.
