That's a precast post and pre tensioned bridge. I've worked on a few of those in Virginia. They have huge cables running up and down inside pulled at millions of kpi.

Yes question are New York State bridges like that or is it like only outside of ny because Florida also has a lot of bridges with cables in them I guess to move stuff idk
