I think has more to do with people who actually appreciate football and people who love the celebrity of it all. Just my interpretation as a football fan since I was little.

Yea, that's exactly why I think her being at the game shouldn't make it a "Taylor Swift Superbowl", giving her that much attention makes it that way. And making fuzz about it only adds to it, don't blame her or her fans, blame the marketing team around the NFL who have make it all about her. Then again, maybe they know what they are doing, maybe they're not, but as someone who enjoys sports, having a celebrity on the screen for a few seconds doesn't make the game any less worthy to me.

I mean I personally blame the NFL. The league is a cash cow money machine and has become so over the past decade.

Business wise they’ve done great to grow, but as a fan of the game it’s terrible.

As far as the T-Swift situation, the media will show celebrities at games all the time, but you’ll see them once and that’s about it where as with Swift it’s like the NFL media has an obsession. It’s annoying as football fan.

I think we are agreeing on a lot, but if she is on the screen every time Travis Kelce touches the ball then “The Show” isn’t about football. That’s why I think folks will begin to refer to it as a “Taylor Swift Super Bowl.”
