What a difference a week can make! These two sets of tomatoes were all grown from seed by me at the same time. I planted 6 on May 15 and the rest on May 23. The first 6 are 2 or 3 times bigger than the rest. The other differences are the bigger ones are in raised beds with a layer of hay and horse manure under the soil and and mulch on top and they were the 6 biggest seedlings when they were started. Gardening is an experiment. Lots of things to learn and improve upon next year. Zone 6a
