Liver is a new thing that I’ve only started incorporating into my diet over the past year and a half.
Do any of you guys eat liver?
If so how do you order it or cook it?

Yep. Amazing. I slice it thin, sear in butter and add sautéed onions and garlic cooked in a beer or wine reduction separately with black pepper right when the liver just starts to firm up. Delicious.
