Those are great fun to grow if you can get them going.

Do or do not, there is no try.

The good news is if it gets infected put it outside it might sort itself out and even if it has green stuff on it that's Trichoderma and that still good for plants in the garden.

They are strong fungus. Keep them well fed and they will last forever

I will lean on you when I get into a pickle. Any suggestions on feeding?

Ive had good success with hardwood chips. Refresh annually bc they will eat them up.... They seem to like partial shade over full sun ime.
