I bought a pair of sleep mask, many years ago. This mask had a sensor that watches your eyelids. When you go into REM, rapid eye movement, this sensor picks it up and blinks red flashing lights. Really works! If a cop pulls you over with flashing lights on, you know you're dreaming.
