Do you think the reverse would work on any of these.

Eggs are way easier to be self sustainable with on a homestead than any of these substitute items.

I don't know where you are located but there was an egg shortage in many places a few years ago. --so this only applies to those people who are looking for a replacement for recipes that usually call for eggs.

Everyone should have a few chickens. They are easy to take care of.
