Pulling store listing doesn't stop the app. Just distribution of new downloads.

Once you have APK/IPA installed, you're hooked in. As long as server isn't cut. They have no KYC, so they have minimal methods to determine where you're using from.

Anyone have quick Zeus setup explainer?

It’s still worth checking, they could have received an order from a government agency telling them to geofence transactions for their users.
