Methylene blue is pretty wild sounding. Suggested it to my epileptic brother. Jury's out if he'll bother to try it. None of the literal dozens of medications have actually helped.
Woah, sounds scary but it’s a dye/salt, huh? I hope it works for him, who knows what deficiencies could lead to epilepsy!

Something like it. It gives me a nice little kick that's perfect for projects when I need to focus. No clue how that translates for epilepsy but more will come out. It always does.
