Yes, Jack hammering in Jersey City is so not fun in extreme humidity. Felt like I was getting out of a pool most days past few weeks.

Yes, they are still pretty strong in NYC and NJ compared to most of the country. But the retirement and pensions are constantly fucked. That’s why I Bitcoin lol!
