12 hours later & they're looking more like mushrooms.

I'm so excited to be able to eat these in a couple of days.

They look great!

They're magical little creatures!

The fruiting stage is so exciting!

Totally - so exciting & quick once they're here. It's taken me months of tinkering to get to this point (I've been learning as I'm going).

This is 1 hole of 1 bucket of 4 buckets of pasteurized straw I inoculated over a month ago. I used half as much mycelium spawn as I probably should have & it's taken 3 times longer to get to this stage.

Going to go out & pickup some more straw today.

Ain't nothing like growing your own I tell ya! Good ol' #PoW

Once you get your first flush -- post some pics -- I'd love to see your mushroom harvest!

I'm going to have so many mushrooms soon 😆

I've also got 2 big sawdust blocks of king oysters waiting to fruit.

Will definitely post harvest pics
