I always felt I had a weak core despite exercising and walking.

When I starting leg 🦡 lifts (250 per day), crunches and stomach vacuuming my core strength has gone way up.

I feel so much better.

The litmus test for a weak core:

Stand in front of a mirror without a shirt on.

If you have abdominal fat, you got work to do.

Be honest with yourself and don’t ignore it.

Abdominal fat is deadly.
