Mullvad users use TOR. So it means privacy conscious people use Mullvad. Not sure if that's any assurances as to the trust the VPN has.

Could be that some TOR relays also use mullvad.

I know this for a hearing about a security expert who had no clue it was Mullvad, but said the Mullvad IP was TOR associated.

Maybe #[8] can chime in here because he has more knowledge than me when it comes to privacy tech.
