If not what open source project i could compile on Linux PiOs
I would like to use my pi500+ for that. It is small and portable

I donโt have a raspberry pi but I can help debug. Did you run cargo to build it from source or did you attempt to install from the prebuilt binary (https://damus.io/notedeck/install/)?

I tried on my Mint(imac i5 running Linux). I will remove the package and try again this weekend when i get home. And i will do it also on my pi500+
