I must say it's a common issue Tinne. Just this morning tried to upload some screenshots and had issues with Yakihonne, X21 for pasting images.
Primal is the most stable for me when it comes to uploading (images/videos)

Try web clients like Jumble, way more reliable than Primal in my experience
