I build soil and use organic compost teas. Most years was outdoor and then I started to do light dep for the past 8 years and was able to get 3 harvest in.

Im growing a strain right now meant for outdoor thailand. 6 months start to finish.
I feed my 100gal pot tons of organic things, i prefer top dressing homemade compost though
Nice. It certainly sounds like you know just what to do. That being said, so do I but holy shit do I learn something new every season. Love it. Stay focused.
Whats your favourite organic addition to soil? And one i might not know of? Im always wanting to learn more
Green sand is great for soil building but what you add this season doesn’t do anything until the following season and it’s difficult to find these days. I always add dry kelp, oyster shells, worm castings, trace minerals, precipitated bone meal, and a handful of other dry ingredients about 8 weeks prior to any planting. Nematodes are a must to water in several times a season and off season too. We have compost areas that are constantly turning into great soil additions after it breaks down to mix in your garden areas. We add worms 2 times a year. We grow them and the earth worm castings are another favorite. My special sauce is in the compost teas that I brew. We sprout our own mycelium to add to the tea just before watering in. The secret to good compost teas besides the right ingredients in the tea bags is the proper aeration and bloom times in the barrels. We use multiple 50 gallon olive barrels.
I need to get on that knf mycelium ipm
I follow a little more vegan strategy. I stay away from animal products (bone and blood meal) (i use cold teas of tomato juice/berries weekly, and top dress other beneficial weeds for nutrients) and I stay away from sea products too (kelp, oyster)
Got my own compost going, no animal product (only exception is worms)
I water seed teas (sst, malted barley) and aloe vera 2-3x a day, and i got some gypsum and biochar in there.
All great stuff. I’m sure everything looks and tastes great. Now it’s just about control the pests fungus and mold.
True ive been trying with that. I added beneficial insects which helped a lot, not fully done the thrips battle, can only do my best for mold, thai landrace is pm resistant so
