Yes it's exploding-heads.com instance was taken down days ago. It's no longer up.
It isn't totally complete because I was losing my lotide instance quite a bit before I found a solution to the federation issues I was having, but I've got quite a bit of examples of the posts on there that federated to my instance:

Not really. I'm a fairly normie type user and lurk a bit. I'll butt into conversations if I feel I have something to add or to sometimes post something stupid but I'm not too confrontational.
