Do you think a National Strategic Bitcoin Reserve will be a public announcement?

If you are looking to acquire a lot of a scarce resource, it would make more sense to not tell everyone. A public announcement would allow others to front-run the US.

I was just thinking about this. I think the US would benefit from silently stacking and then announcing a SBR. I think they’re going to create one, just not right now.

It makes more sense to get a head start than to outwardly announce it.
