That was an allusion to QAnon. A lot of those people trusted the plan and expected indictments and people going to prison, etc. Democracies and republics were set up in the West to dilute, remove, and obfuscate responsibility and accountability. You used to be able to just cut off the king's head to fix the problem, but that no longer works, and nobody's ever really held accountable.
