What worries me more is the abilite of AI analyzing a lot of data. In the hands of the government it means a lot of what was unenforceable before is becomming feasible now. And the old "on average everyone is breaking several laws daily without even realizing it" becomes a stick that can be used on a whim of a AI equiped technocrat, at scale.

Yeah, good call. Interesting to see what is enforced, when rules get stricter for internet.
Some of the AI seems good, but in general I think its dangerous.
