not sure what clients you use but some clients allow you to mute words. nostrudel.ninja does iirc, Habla too, and perhaps snort nostr:npub1v0lxxxxutpvrelsksy8cdhgfux9l6a42hsj2qzquu2zk7vc9qnkszrqj49?
