I don't have much experience with Greenlight, but from what I know, in Greenlight you need api keys, when in Phoenixd you run your own infrastructure (node and api) and you don't need any authentication with the lsp. Afaik there is not to many resources, guides, or videos, because it's so new, the only ones are the official ones.
