Wet: 5 hella ripe mashed bananas
1 cup raw sugar
6 tbsp butter
1/2 cup whole milk plain yogurt
1 Tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Dry: 1+3/4 cup einkorn wheat,
2 tsp baking soda, 2x3 finger pinches of salt
Mix dry into wet. Butter the bread loaf tray. Cook @ 350β°F 50-60mins. Check if done with butter knife.
If getting too toasted on top while cooking, throw a piece of foil on top loosely.
