Hard or easy?

When you label something as hard, you preprogram yourself to failure. You will find many obstacles to quit if it's hard.

But if it's easy, you will find ways to succeed.

So, is it hard or easy?

I haven't eaten for 20 days, lift weights, and walk 10-20k steps every day. Is it easy or hard? How do I do it? I say "Easy!"
