its unwinnable.
I ended abandoning tor with bitcoind and went the Umbrel route ..... it's pretty painless! #pleb
Umbrel is great but not for dev. You lose a lot of command line access - probably worth it though to have everything work right.
I keep a 2nd node for all the cli access
