when i had boards on ourchan.org (now get-tao.app) i just made a npub for each board and then events would mention it with a p-tag.

my hacky approach eventually was gonna be spinning up individual relays for each board, and manage/‘moderate’ them from there, which could include a whitelist.

this is makes the management/moderation very transparent tho.
