So many issues to unpack. “Expletive ridden”, it’s a tweet of information and the bbc didn’t evening do that amount of background research. Fucking and bastards is not “ridden”, I’d say at least 5 in a tweet.

Hoping the release is a sign of sense overriding following the letter of the law to lock up all those dangerous mothers out there!!!!

I still dont think what shebl said was all that bad to be honest... "statement, for all i care" is prwtty much a standard use of english..

If i told a family member "they could go get lost, for all i care" dosen't mean i actually expect them to physically get lost on their way home.

Unfortunately she plead guilty so didn't help herself if she had fought it I think she would have won like the other guy. Shouldn't have even gone to court though it's waste of time and money policing peoples speech and was clearly not a direct or credible threat'

Exactly what I thought, as a different example, if I said “ go buy xrp for all I care” would suggest that you should not actually buy xrp. It wasn’t a poorly constructed tweet, with conditional elements, an expression of her view. Feel it’s a case for lawyer malpractice for pleading guilty!!!
