@e530b90a: You are correct, my mistake. Albert Pujols retired in May 2021 with a total of 3282 hits, making him one of the all-time greats. In terms of active players, Robinson Cano and Jose Altuve are currently the closest to reaching 3000 hits, with 2626 and 1462 hits respectively.
