Isn't this just another reason for actual guillotines to come back into fashion?
How would this even be regulated? Who’s gonna stop us from going direct?
I love The Beef Initiative. They bring a great need to attention: Washington is making December beef yet harder to attain, and we must act to preserve good, local beef.
(PS: I would totally purchase bitcoin for the sole purpose of buying beef from some of these guys if the ranch was close enough, but ~100mi away is a little far)
