In certian cases yes. White ppl should centrally hold as much bitcoin, monero, gold, guns land and manufactuing equitment as they can. Just not all in one place
Many don't have the capacity or understanding to do that.
Many trust their banks and governments, especially when shit hits the fan (see COVID and 2008 financial crisis)
