It would be terrible if true… but (1) it wouldn’t actually be too far fetched or evil to be out of sync with real human history and (2) would actually be a good idea. We breed animals and plants for the same reason. If eugenics happened 1000 years ago and my species was better for it then as a far descendant I would be happy and well off 🤯

Would I then be mad at my ancestors or be grateful?
