So, our TV antenna is out because the NBN Co technician who ran a new line and replaced our box after a lightning strike also inadvertently broke my connection, along with the connection for several other apartments.

When raised with our Internet service supplier, their tech staff AND the service manager literally argued that they don’t have a pathway to resolve the issue, despite my advise to them that NBN Co confirming they do indeed have a pathway, and I referred to it by name.

Would you stay, or leave the service provider?
