Honestly that's just limitations of being a custodian who used LNDhub accounting in the past. You can make an Alby Hub and withdraw the remaining balance. The email thing is kind of the most trivial KYC. I literally made a nostrplebs.com email for 12000 sats and made my alby psuedonymous that way
