Get yourself a lighting wallet and add your lightning address to your profile. The Primal client is good if you don't mind giving them your info. Minibits is good if you'd rather people didn't have that sort of thing. Both of those are available on iOS and Android.

The KYC in primal doesn’t verify your info. You can give them any name and any country (don’t use a sanctioned country. Not sure if it checks for that) and you should be good.

Mostly true. They try to verify you if you put something obviously fake. Saw a post where someone put something like Nonya Bizniz as their name and the account was suspended pending verification.
