I have 231,000 sats in the account. How do I move them out?

good luck, they asked me all kinds of questions just to be able to change my account email, when i had full control of both emails and the strike account.

Why do we need to do the verification?

Will it just let you zap another lightning account? Just fire up a coinOS quickly to get them out. Then get them on-chain from there.

Try using their support call-back feature. I used recently, and they called me back in less than 30 mins. A real human that spoke english. Look for "Contact Support"
