What do you mean? If the note is sent publicly any interaction with it will broadcast it.
I only sent that note to relay hawties and.. appears send to others somehow 🤔
I would look into https://bostr.lecturify.net/ I think they are spreading notes in the Nostr universe. Although it is not an undesired behavior. Notes should be relay agnostic and would spread from one relay to another. For example this whole conversation is not on my relay just because I interacted with it.
While is nice that spread all around, things like reports will get you marked everywhere.
I'm not sure I follow. It makes sense that reports are also spread. If a relay operator thinks you shouldn't post to their relay based on the reports it is fine. Or is there something I'm missing?
The reports feature only do something like telling to someone that follows you that "this guy is dangerous" and that's all. No real effect on relays.
