we need the "nostr shuffle" option on clients, to shuffle your feed at random over a selected timeframe. 24 hr shuffle, 36, 48 etc.

Then let's meme Nostr algorithms into existence. I have an idea for one called the FOMO feed. The idea is to display all notes from your follows since the last time you checked, organized by profile and ranked according to reactions and zaps. While you scroll down the ranks, as soon as you get bored, you can skip to the next profile, and quickly get through the entire feed this way.
Something like this was in the original Twitter. nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m called it the “while you were away” feed or something.
I don’t think the swiping profiles thing is essential. But the basic gist is “show me the top posts from my friends in the last X days” where the days could be configurable.
