Never, because he can not defend his "thesis" in the light of day. Aint no block button here. Bitcoin does not cause physical bodily harm, and therefore is not a weapon. It doesn't matter how many think-boi dissertations he gives - the fact that bitcoin does not directly cause physical bodily harm will not change.

Correct me if im wrong, but it doesnt work the same way as twitter, where blocking prevents you from commenting, correct? It's more like a mute function.
you may be correct there, but isn't that really the point? anyone can create another key/account and follow from there to see what you're saying. so even though twitter/others block button prevents the user from seeing your posts, it's still just a mute button
