3. Power – Ego, control (20–25%)

4. Order – Rules, religion (30–35%)

5. Rational – Science, success (15–20%)

6. Relativist – Equality, empathy (10%)

7. Integral – Systems thinking (1–2%)

8. Transcendent – Ego-less unity (<1%)
