And also reverse osmosis - I’m no expert but my understanding is that this is the only way to remove hormones such as oestrogen from the water.

I think you’re right. I have RO filter under my sink so all water that comes out is filtered.

Also have a filter at the water supply line (not sure what kind, put in by my landlord).
