I've been doing it daily for a couple months now and I've noticed a big change almost immediately. I always do the "bird dog" last and for some reason it fixes me right up. It's really helped with barbell lifting, especially the back squat.

Day 2 and I'm kicking the ball and swimming (or rather floating). But feeling sooo much better! Thank you!
